For 25 years Cheryl Lawson worked in mortgage origination. She managed teams in the processing and underwriting of real estate loans, becoming an expert in loan programs and agency lending guidelines. For 10 years Cheryl was also a project manager, working on mortgage origination projects. Tiring of the corporate world and seeking an opportunity to continue to use her expertise while seeking to work directly with individuals and families, Cheryl entered the world of residential real estate. Armed with a knowledge of the Denver Metro real estate environment with a primary focus on Ken Caryl and Littleton real estate, she uses her knowledge and strong work ethic to find the perfect home for buyers and to help sellers get the most money from qualified buyers.
Having learned to work cooperatively on small and large projects with a variety of people during her corporate career, Cheryl is organized, efficient and excellent at time, people and project management. She is outstanding at the details which are critical for the smooth and timely follow through of real estate transactions.
Cheryl was born and raised in Littleton and moved to California after graduating from Mile High Academy. To be close to family and to live in the beautiful state she loves, she returned to Colorado. Married to her wonderful husband Jim for more than a decade, they like to travel, go to estate sales and watch NASCAR. When Cheryl has a little down time, you will find her reading or creating custom jewelry.
