Preparing for Purchase
- Your Legacy Realty Agent will have an in-depth consultation to address your goals and needs in buying a home in Denver
- Your Legacy Agent will navigate the process with your lender to discuss purchasing power and obtain a pre-approval letter
- A personalized property search will be set up to ensure our clients get the most accurate and up to date alerts for available properties
- Showings will be promptly scheduled when our client is interested in viewing a property
- When a client wishes to make an offer to purchase a property, their Legacy Agent will obtain all pertinent details that would make an offer most favorable
- Recently sold comparable properties and terms of an offer will be discussed
- Your Legacy Agent will prepare a Contract to Buy and submit the offer to the listing agent and negotiate your best interest in your offer acceptance
After Contract Acceptance
- Your Legacy Agent will discuss and ensure you meet all dates and deadlines for your contract and begin to process the file
- Your Legacy Agent will send the accepted contract to the Lender and facilitate your loan approval in any way needed
- We will thoroughly explain and negotiate contracts in your best interest
- We will review with you the required title reports, surveys, certifications, warranties, insurance policies and other documentation
- We will coordinate and attend as needed any inspections, reports, and repairs for your property
- We will keep you informed and involved from the beginning of the acceptance of an offer to the closing of your new home
