As you probably know my name is Anthony Callahan. I am 19 years old and just recently in the past couple years started to get into the “game” of real estate. I was able to buy my first investment property a couple weeks after I turned 18 and a year later bought my second investment property at 19. Everyone that knows me always asks how did you manage to do that at such a young age? After constantly hearing this I decided to quit my 9-5 job and pursue real estate full time and teach people how to invest in something that pays you in ways a 9-5 won’t. Helping people is my passion and I want you to know I’m here to answer any questions and guide you through the process any way I can.

 When i’m not working you can find me enjoying time with family and friends, fishing, camping, playing basketball, or my favorite thing coaching.
