Shane Severson has been in the mortgage and real-estate business for well over a decade and is now one of the top realtors in Denver. In 1999, along with a partner, Shane started a mortgage company SW Financial.
When Shane Severson, Owner of Legacy Realty, began his real estate endeavor over 20 years ago, it was with an aspiration to bring his friends and family a different, improved experience when selling or purchasing a property. As Shane met and succeed in his vision, he began to see the need for a local real estate brokerage built on the same foundation. In 2004, Shane started his own real-estate company, which later became known as Legacy Realty. To this day, he is a pioneer of the real estate industry with a grassroots approach to building a team of experienced professionals who hold themselves to a higher standard of productivity and integrity. Shane is proud to continue building a team of brokers who help one another and want to see the success of their peers as a whole just as much as their own.
On a personal note, Shane grew up in Lakewood, CO graduating from Lakewood High School. He then continued his education at Colorado Christian University where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in business and marketing. He has lived in Littleton, CO since 1994 where he is very active in his church, his daughters’ activities, and many other community service tasks. Shane has been married to his high school sweetheart, Michelle, since 1994 and has 3 daughters. As a family, they love any type of outdoor sports or activities as well as hanging with friends and family. They also love to serve others as a way of giving back for all that they have received themselves. One of Shane’s greatest passions is helping couples create a legacy for their families by assisting them in finding a place to call home.
