Although many out there still feel as if the sky is going to fall here in Denver we are just stable. Our numbers in May of 2018 look just like they did in 2017, all the stats look pretty familiar. We are up 11% over last year which has been the same for quite a few years. All the other numbers look very similar…Homes sold are down 4%, all the other numbers are slightly up. New listings up 7%, under contracts are up 3%, and a few others you can see in the charts. So, as you can see I do not believe that the market or the numbers on the market show that we are going anywhere.
With that being said, I believe that Success comes from stability!! That goes for you in your life, us in our business, and even this Denver market.
